Tummy Tuck Treatment

My cousin Rain came home from Germany yesterday and she is very slim and sexy. Before she left from Germany last year, she is considered as an obese. Her mom said that if she will not reduce her weight she couldn’t find any lover that time. But to our surprise when we saw her at the airport, we can’t believe how slim she is and if before she is nobody, now she is a head turner.

When we got to their house, I immediately asked her of what she've done to get into shape. She said that aside from healthy diet and exercise every day, she also did a surgery procedure called tummy tuck. Tummy tuck is a surgery procedure where in it removes excess fat and skin. Her doctor recommended it because she has an excess abdominal skin. Now she has a very beautiful body and she still continues her healthy diet and exercise everyday to maintain her perfect body. I may say that she is very happy now with her new personality and new life.

All About Asthma

It’s been 4 years since I knew that I’m asthmatic. I always get hospitalized because of asthma. But I’m really concern about the causes of asthma? According to my doctor, asthma is not as simple as it may seem. It’s an illness wherein there is an inflammatory of the airways that results to hard breathing. You will know if the person has asthma if you will hear him breathing with a hissing sound, breathing problems, coughing and angina pectoris (chest tightness). Some of the main causes of asthma are allergies, environmental components, stress and etc. This disease is not the same as the others. If you have asthma, there’s a possibility that the causes and symptoms might be different from the others who has asthma too. The way it affects you might be different from the others. Unlike other diseases they do have the same stories about their illness. It’s really important to look for the best treatment for you and make sure to be aware of it.

Battle with Stress

Working in a call center was never been easy. Everybody thinks this is the easiest job on earth. Most people think that our job is to just sit and talk. Well you got it all wrong. I saw this clip in the TV about the most stressful jobs in the Philippines, and guess what? Call center work is at the top of the list.

Having this in mind, I thought I should find some ways on fighting stress. I listed the things I like doing most which some how helps me drift away from stress. Here you go:

Trip to the Spa: Nobody will argue with me when I say that this is best way to relieve stress. Full body massage will definitely get you pampered. There are a lot of spas around the metro. Some comes cheap while others offer a great deal of massage and all you can eat buffet. Just find a spa that suits your taste and your pocket as well.

Watch a feel-good-movie: Get your chips and lemonade ready so you can start watching some comedy movie. This may sound cliché but as we all know, laughter is the best medicine. Don’t get yourself down and dwell on some negative things. Instead watch some movie that will surely make you laugh out loud. Oh and by the way, this is best done when you’re with some friends or family. You don’t want to look ridiculous laughing in the couch alone.

Comfort Foods: A cup chocolate sundae and fries or chicken and pizza or chocolate bars and chips are my comfort foods. They say that we still have a child within us and the best way to bring it out from us is to satisfy our cravings. Eat all you want and eat all you can but don’t forget to hit the gym to keep you on shape. You don’t want another reason to get yourself stressed right?

An Overdue Metamorphosis

Many of us would like to have a granted wish. It maybe a work we longed to get, a thing we fancy, the latest gadget we want, clothes, jewelry, money etc. But for some like me, I only have one wish. I wish I can get noticed, I wish to get some attention. Don’t get me wrong, I have family, friends and colleague who give me that. What I want is something they can’t give, something only drawn from someone who wants to know me better and somehow love for what I am.

However, people of today are very judgmental and cruel. People tend to judge us from what they see. Most of them are attracted and get motivated with what they see. Basically, we want to be with someone we have a high regard for, someone we like. Having this in mind, I thought I should improve the way I look so people can start noticing me. Anyway, it is only rare that we find someone who’ll look for our inner beauty. Instead we have to let ourselves shine for everyone to see. And so I assessed myself, I want to start with my body.

Looking at my physique, one major thing that I need is to shape up and start toning muscles. Last time I checked I was included in the bracket of obesity. I have some fair share of attempts in achieving my desired body however all of that failed. I even enrolled myself to a gym to get physically fit that only ended unsuccessfully. And to this point I still am out of shape.

I came to a conclusion that fitness is something we don’t get overnight; it is not something we immediately get. DISCIPLINE plays a big role in this act. Something most of us need to master before we start to take some action.

At this point I am starting set some goals and things I want to achieve as well as a time frame on each goal. I also did some research on what food to eat and some exercises or routines to do. And according to my friend who happens to be a nutritionist, it is not enough to cut the food you eat just to lose weight or to be slim, we have to move our muscles as well to get that perfect shape.

I take all this as one step towards achieving self-betterment. This effort may not land me a relationship but at least I did myself a huge favor. I realized that it is never late for someone to change. It is only us who decide who we are going to be in the future.

White Flawless Skin The Natural Way!

Calamansi – You can use this fruit by itself by wiping it in dark areas of your skin and leave it for 5-10 minutes before you rinse it. You can also mix this calamansi with egg white. This will be used as a facial mask and leave it in your skin for about 10-15 minutes. It can remove dull and dry skin and can make your skin whiter and softer.

Tomatoes – Boil tomatoes in hot water for 3-5 minutes then pill it. Once you pilled it, squeeze the tomato and add 1-2 drops of limejuice and mix well. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it for 20-30 minutes.

Papaya – This is one of the popular ingredients that can make your skin whiter because it contains papaine that can exfoliates dead skin and remove dark spots to reveal the smooth and healthy skin. Just pill the papaya and remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces and then blend them up to 10 seconds. Apply it to your skin especially in your face and leave it for 20-30 minutes.

Now you can have a whiter, glowing and smooth skin without using chemicals in your body. It will promise you a healthy looking skin in a natural way.
